Shipping policy

Astro Labels facilitates third party delivery through The Courier Guy. The delivery service is facilitated on behalf of the customer and the customer is liable for the delivery fees. 

Please note that once the items are collected from our facility, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the goods if you have chosen delivery by courier. If you would like to use your own courier this is possible and must be specified at the time of purchase. 

Please note that courier fees may vary to those quoted on the website to accommodate outlying areas. If your fee quoted is incorrect, an Astro Labels representative will be in touch to advise of any additional fees.
